About BTW Law Group

BTW Law Group is a California-based boutique law firm that focuses its practice in the following areas: employment law, human resources, in-house counsel services, non-profits, and training

Our firm recognizes the need for a better client-focused approach to legal counsel and cost-effective fee structures. Our mission is to give clients the excellent legal and business counsel they need, without the expensive fees and costs.

Why should you spend significant resources on litigation, when you can spend a fraction of the cost on legal and business counsel that will improve your business and keep you out of court?

Our approach to client service is simple:

FOCUSED: We take the time to get to know and understand your business, culture, values, staff, challenges and needs – a true partner and team member.

RESPONSIVE: Timely and tailored counsel that meets your needs and objectives when you need it.

PRACTICAL: Cost-effective and straightforward counsel and solutions, which are easy to follow and implement.
